We are looking for a motivated and organized Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting, packing, and assisting with shipping tasks to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Select products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected and correctly labeled.
- Verify order details to ensure all items are correct before packing and shipping.
- Assist in preparing shipping paperwork, including labels and tracking numbers.
- Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
- Keep the packing area organized and restock materials when necessary.
- Support inventory control efforts, ensuring shelves are stocked and tidy.
- Help with processing returns and restocking returned items.
- Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
