The Senior Graphic Designer must be able to perform the following essential duties and functions:
- Assesses creative briefs and uses effective ideation techniques to produce a variety of unique concepts that meet clients’ strategic goals
- Builds layouts based on knowledge of design principles and effectively presents design rationale to creative and account teams
- Deadline driven and works efficiently and independently to manage multiple project timelines from kickoff to final delivery
- Understands and adheres to client brand strategies, marketing goals and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) legal and regulatory requirements
- Establishes collaborative working relationships; engages, offers support, and gives and takes constructive feedback

Knowledge
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Skills
Candidates must have excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows and potentially Mac environment to include:
- Expert level Adobe Creative Suite (CS5 or later); i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Acrobat Pro (experience in After Effects and web design is a plus)
- Expert-level PowerPoint design capabilities
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Digital prototyping tools such as InVision, Figma, or Zeplin
- Portfolio required
- Excellent in photo touchup and modification and custom graphics creation
- Excellent typography skills (marketing copywriting experience is a plus)
- Excellent PowerPoint design technique
- Strong balance of both print and digital experience including social media
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for new design techniques
- Creative, strategic problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Displays an open, positive, optimistic approach to work and feedback
