Executive Director, Client Business Lead
As the Executive Director, Client Business Lead you will play a critical role as the strategic thought leader and trusted advisor to client counterparts and represent the voice of the client within Hearts & Science. The role will oversee a pod of clients and / or client teams that will be focused on driving inspired media solutions. This position will necessitate an analytical and creative thinker with high EQ and a track record of leading high-performing integrated teams. The Client Business Leads are change drivers and innovators, who know when to take smart risks and make tough decisions to deliver results. They are inspiring and inclusive leaders who give their team with a track record of building and managing diverse "client-first" teams.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a successful, integrated team through a high level of strategic insights and analytics to drive marketing and media planning decisions for "C" level clients and marketing counterparts
- Be a champion for the brand(s) they manage, continually striving to find innovative solutions that elevate the brand(s)' position in the marketplace
- Foster client relationships across all brands and / or lines of business that fall under his / her responsibility
- Provide expertise and leadership in performance marketing, across all channels : traditional, digital, and emerging media
- Lead and develop annual Account Plans and create clear accountability measures that ensure client and agency financial and business success
- Represent and promote the interests of Hearts & Science internally and externally
- Independently manage and grow the client's P&L
- Effectively motivate, lead, and train the entire team to maximize shared objectives

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include : health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD / LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
200,000-$270,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
