As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing client accounts and ensuring the successful execution of brand strategies. You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the overall brand development process. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, 1-2 years of relevant experience, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

$34,000—$59,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute brand strategies that align with their business objectives
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, programmatic and traditional media
- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for all account-related inquiries
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for optimization
- Monitor billing and ensure accurate and timely invoicing for client accounts
- Create post-buy campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness in achieving campaign objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative and media, to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand management and digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in account management or brand management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or brand-focused organization
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, platforms, and best practices
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, with exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
