The Creo Omnicom Partnerships, Supervisor role is a critical role within Creo, Omnicom Media Group’s Influencer agency. This role is primarily tasked with securing Influencer partnerships with OMC clients and brands by showing how Influencer solves their business challenges. The Supervisor will lead the pre-sale client communications, capabilities and proposal development, serving as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal teams. The role requires close collaboration with the Creator Activation, Account and Paid Social teams to ensure that campaigns can be strategically executed and aligned with broader media plans.
The Supervisor will act as a liaison between the internal creator activation personnel, client teams, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and seamless ideation and proposal development. This role is key to revenue for Creo and position OMG as a leader in the influencer marketing space a media channel at parity across measurement, innovation and investment.

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

- Lead Creo capabilities, proposal development and communications for Omnicom clients
- Have an understanding of Hold Co. framework and roles/responsibilities across stakeholders across Media Planning, Media Buying, Creative and Commerce Agencies & Services
- Obtain clear understanding of desired business outcomes and develop an execution solution that showcases what’s needed to be successful unique to client, their sector and the channel(s).
- Collaborate with the Influencer Strategy, Account Management, and Creator Activation teams to develop and execute campaign strategies that align with client objectives and amplify their brand narrative.
- Obtain a strong grasp of Influencer connection to commerce, specifically how to communicate commerce narrative, commerce capabilities and strength within the lower-funnel conversation funnel
- Maintain a pulse on the influencer landscape, including emerging trends and shifts in the digital and paid media ecosystems, and communicate these trends to clients with actionable insights.
- Work closely with internal teams across paid social, commerce, and media measurement to operationalize best practices and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Foster an environment of collaboration and innovation within the team, ensuring that processes, tools, and strategies are continuously evolving to meet client needs.
- Leverage and expand client relationships, both internally within OMC and externally with clients, to drive long-term success and sustainable revenue growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support new business initiatives and refine service offerings, ensuring they align with both client and platform needs.
- Contribute to internal collateral and positioning materials in partnership with the Head of Partnerships, helping to grow internal revenue streams and enhance service offerings.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing with a deep understanding of both organic and paid influencer
- Excel at storytelling and narrative development to communicate how influencer and creative ideas come to life
- Strong relationships within the influencer community, with a solid network of influencers and key industry stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of digital media, including creative development, paid media, talent management, and measurement across various platforms.
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally with agency stakeholders and externally with clients, platform partners, and influencers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to lead meetings and present persuasive strategies to senior client teams.
- Highly analytical and creative, with the ability to make strategic decisions based on data and trends in the industry.
- A high degree of autonomy, integrity, and self-motivation.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make impactful, time-sensitive decisions.
- 3-6 years of direct Influencer agency experience within Sales-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred)
- Hands on experience managing Influencer campaigns and client management with Fortune 1,000 companies
- Experience working on client business in a variety of industries
