Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with 10 years of experience to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and best practices.
Mandatory: Omni studio Experience 1- 2 Years
Mandatory Certificates: Salesforce certificates 2020/2021
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development & Customization:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce automation processes using Flows and Triggers.
Integration & API Development:
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with middleware tools such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Apache Camel for data synchronization.
Data Management & Security:
- Manage Salesforce data migration, ETL processes, and data governance.
- Ensure security best practices using Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets.
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, admins, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and unit test plans.
Salesforce Best Practices & Performance Optimization:
- Implement Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD) using tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
- Optimize Apex classes, triggers, and database queries for performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ 10 years of Salesforce development experience
✔ Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
✔ Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming)
✔ Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations & middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
✔ Experience in Salesforce security, role hierarchies, profiles, and permission sets
✔ Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and governor limits
✔ Experience with Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD, Git, Salesforce DX)
✔ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Architect) preferred
✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
➕ Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics & AI tools
➕ Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud
➕ Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
