Successful candidates must pass a background check, MVR check and drug screening as a requirement for these positions.
Benefits/Expectations:
- Day shift - Monday through Friday 5 am - 3 pm
- Night shift - Monday through Thursday 3:30 pm - 4 am ( $2 shift differential)

- Pay range: $38-$44 /hour depending on experience

Requirements/Duties:
- Create and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam, Esprit and G-code, as well as, accomplishing process improvements, machining optimization and CNC program proofing.
- Will also design fixturing, analyze and solve machining problems.
- Mastercam experience a must
- Esprit experience would be helpful
- Can set up and operate all equipment in machine shop
- Knowledgeable of all CNC equipment in machine shop
- Experience with Haas CNC’s (Lathe and Mill) preferred
- Familiar with Fanuc controls preferred
- Multi-axis CNC lathe, CNC Horizontal Mill and CNC Vertical mill experience preferred, must have strong CNC lathe experience
- Knowledge of G-code programming a must
- Experience with API threading preferred
- Knows how to use inspection equipment/tools
- Able to trouble shoot machining problems
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings a must
- Understands cutting tool geometry and application
- Advise process improvements for efficiency, tool life and quality, and help implement
- Knowledgeable on fixturing, tool design and setups
- Knowledge feeds/speeds vs. tooling and materials a must
