Job description
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will work alongside our USA’s Operations Manager to promote:
· Growth of our business base in Entrepreneurs
· Growth of sales in our two business lines (Nutrition & Cosmetics)
· Better understanding of our Incentives (trips, contests, events, etc)
· Awareness of our organization through online and offline channels.
As our Marketing Coordinator, you get to:
· Develop marketing materials and local content, according to corporate and facility (stores) marketing requests
· Process and complete marketing requests considering design, development and production of marketing collateral
· Support new product launches and company events with the creation of marketing communications calendars.
· Contribute ideas and make recommendations on marketing initiatives that will help with the selling of products / gain new Distributors
· Proofread marketing materials created by global marketing department and translate documents and marketing material from Spanish to English.
· Manage social media platforms, including content development
· Monitor website content and coordinate with internal providers (backoffice) to ensure all marketing information is current and complete
· Develop and continually improve the company’s presence and position on nominated social media sites
· Attend and assist our yearly events by taking photographs/videos and posting them to our social media channels
· Provide support to other Corporate Managers on all marketing and communication matters.
· Support on special projects
· Assist with brand development
· From time to time attend company events and travel to our stores
· Assist with other external and internal communications duties as needed.

Additional characteristics
- You have 3-5 years of communications/marketing experience – creating and implementing strategies and developing content.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing (preferred) - knowledge of direct selling a plus.
- You are a strong self-starter and self-manager.
- You are willing to work after hours and some weekends, especially during company events.
- You have the ability to collaborate with several teams at once and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- You are willing to share ideas among senior management.
- You are comfortable and confident with Microsoft Office and social media networks.
- You are quick on your feet and can multitask
- You have a can-do “make it happen” attitude – you have a bias towards action and results.
- You have a good sense of humor and bring fun to work!
- You have no ego. You do what it takes to get the job done, you are curious and look for creative solutions to any issue.
- You enjoy a fast-paced, nimble environment.

- Bachelor's in communications or marketing (Preferred)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
