We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. This role will develop and maintain financial reporting and analysis data for OmniMax and its business units. The successful candidate will work directly with the FP&A Director to set strategy for the department, collaborate with business units and senior management to determine company needs, and prioritize key activities.

Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

At least 5 years of experience in financial management
-
ERP systems knowledge (Oracle a plus)

Experience with financial modeling
-
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Duties and Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
-
Partnering with business leaders to forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual results
-
Playing an active role in the development of annual budgets and other long-range financial forecasts
-
Providing profitability reporting and analysis at the market, warehouse, and customer levels

Collaborating with business leaders to analyze and report to OmniMax senior management on actual vs. forecast/plan performance, contributions of business units, risk areas, and market trends using “what-if” scenarios and assumptions

Working with business partners to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities to improve overall profitability

Preparing reports for the daily, weekly, and monthly management of key performance indicators (KPIs)

Assisting FP&A leadership in developing and executing strategies that support departmental and corporate goals

Ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all financial analysis, planning, and reporting activities
