About the Role
Omnimax International is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a dynamic manufacturing team, ensuring staff is organized and workflows run smoothly throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company safety policies and procedures.
- Manage departmental operations, supervise two or more subordinates, and make recommendations on hiring, firing, discipline, and promotions.
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and other stakeholders to achieve plant goals.
- Plan and prioritize production operations to meet product specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production data and paperwork, enforce operational standards, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, or a related field (highly preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO training and experience are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read technical material and develop analysis and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
