We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Mobile Detailing Partners. In this role, you will provide top-notch vehicle detailing services directly at our clients' locations, whether at their home or work. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to ensuring each vehicle is cleaned and presented to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough vehicle cleaning and detailing, including exterior washing, waxing, and interior vacuuming.
- Use Eco-Friendly cleaning products and tools to achieve optimal results.
- Keep all work areas clean and organized during the detailing process.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered and any additional recommendations for clients.
- Demonstrate product knowledge during service appointments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
- Ability to supervise tasks effectively when needed to ensure quality control throughout the detailing process.
- Proficiency in using the Uber for Car Wash App to book and manage washes.
- Valid driver's license and a clean vehicle required.
- A passion for vehicles and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $47.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 10 – 50 hours per week
