Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our sales team. This role is integral in ensuring smooth sales operations, including order processing, customer service, and data management. The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with incoming customer calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Process and enter orders accurately, send order confirmations, and manage order-related inquiries.
- Provide customers with up-to-date product, pricing, and service information.
- Ensure a superior customer experience to support account retention and growth through relationship-building.
- Support the sales team with pre- and post-sale projects, keeping them informed of account activity, outstanding issues, and customer requests.
- Collaborate with the production team to obtain shipping dates, order details, and coordinate logistics with internal departments.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints while supporting various sales channels.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback is communicated internally.
- Develop a basic understanding of Omnipure’s products to provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the sales function and team objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines with flexibility when priorities shift.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism with superior attention to detail and accuracy.
