What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intelligence Planning Instructor position at Omniscius Consulting?
Our client is currently hiring an Intelligence Planning Instructor to support an IC Customer. All positions are based in Washington D.C. and require TS/SCI clearance.
- Serve as a platform instructor for DIA’s Intelligence Planning courses, both in person and online.
- Present DIA-approved curriculum and support materials.
- Lead classroom discussions and exercises.
- Respond to student questions.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of support materials, including:
- Training task inventory
- Program of instruction
- Lesson plans
- Course syllabus
- Course schedule
- Classroom exercises
- Evaluation rubrics
- Examinations
- Job aid
- Qualify as an instructor under ADI’s Instructor Professionalism Program (IPP) within twelve months of hire.
- Required to qualify as an instructor on at least one other JMITC course within twelve months of initial qualification.
- Attend and participate in training conferences and meetings as directed by the Government.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or five years of experience in intelligence analysis.
- Demonstrated recent experience in the intelligence planning cycle and the development of intelligence campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Windows, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
