Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Lead Technical Support Specialist to lead our in-house technical support team. This fully on-site role requires close collaboration with internal teams, expert troubleshooting abilities, management of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise our technical support specialists on-site.
- Expertly troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical product issues.
- Oversee the RMA process, including evaluation, processing returns, coordinating internally, and maintaining effective customer communication.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product development, and operations teams to quickly resolve technical issues.
- Optimize and enhance support processes and customer experiences through effective use of HubSpot CRM.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, responsive customer support.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support within manufacturing or technology environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting expertise.
- Proven leadership experience and ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment.
