Needham Oral Surgery is a boutique oral surgery practice with a strong focus on exceeding our patients’ expectations. Founded on our strong core values of honesty, integrity, and responsibility, we are looking for a super-star Office Manager to help lead our team and provide organizational and operational support to ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter with superior organizational skills and doesn’t mind wearing multiple “hats”.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
*Create a high-performing team culture that drives employee performance.
*Organize and coordinate front office tasks and procedures in order to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
*Develop intra-office communication protocols, while streamlining front desk procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.
*Accounts Receivable processing, including claim submission, payment posting, patient billing and accounts receivable follow up.
*HR related duties.
*HIPAA and OSHA compliance oversight.
*Recruit, onboard and oversee training of new staff members.
*Monitor, maintain, and approve office supplies inventory and purchases.
*Handle staff/patient inquiries and complaints.
*Manage relationships with vendors and referring providers.
*Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings.
Qualifications and Required Skills for this Role:
*Superior organizational skills.

*Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks.
*Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:
*Two-year degree from a college or technical school.
*3 years of experience managing a medical or dental office.
*Prior experience in dentistry is required and oral surgery experience is a plus.
