Job description :
Minimum Qualifications :
7 years of experience providing expert level technology program / project management on highly complex projects (complexity is reflected in the size of the project, cost of the project, size of project team, depth and breadth of project manager role and responsibility, span of project impact, i.e. enterprise-wide, multi-departmental, or having a major market or external impact)
Experience in these areas :
Managing a team of professionals to include IT Professionals, and Business Analysts
Developing and deploying project best practices from planning through project closeout
Managing projects using various Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC)
Utilizing formal change control and change management programs / models
Excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively with executives, business teams, technical teams, and external agencies
Skilled in influencing stakeholders and driving decisions to closure; adept at moving executive and senior management to action
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Process oriented with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated experience in Organizational Change Management, Organization Development, or Process Improvement
