Business Development Manager - Engineering and Technical Staffing
On Line Design, Inc. is looking to expand our team with a part-time Business Development Manager position in our Cincinnati, Ohio office.
This role is responsible for developing new business and acquiring accounts through researching opportunities, leveraging personal networks and connections, understanding client needs, proposing solutions, building meaningful relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting On Line Design’s capabilities. The focus is primarily on contract staffing roles with some contract-to-hire positions with Fortune 500 and other clients within the CPG, Pharma, and Professional Services Industries. Typical staffing positions include engineering, scientific, project management, quality, supply chain, purchasing, accounting, IT, and other professional roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Purchasing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.
- 5 years of industry experience in consumer products, aerospace, pharmaceutical, IT, scientific, automotive, food & beverage, or related field
- Proven results in navigating complex organizations and establishing ongoing relationships
- Strong understanding of the business environment, market trends, analytics, customer needs and competitive intelligence data
- Highly goal oriented, entrepreneurial and excellent at pitching solutions that demonstrate meaningful value
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
