What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Data Specialist position at On Line Design, Inc.?
On Line Design is currently looking, in Cincinnati, OH, for a Master Data Specialist to work 20 hours per week on a hybrid contract with one of our clients. In this role you will need a general understanding of both LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and ENOVIA. Your focus will be on the conversion of PDF/DOC based test methods into a structured digital form within the LIMS system.
Responsibilities:
- Navigate and configure parameter lists, test methods, and test conditions within these platforms and applying them to the data structure.
- Collaborate effectively with method builders, part owners, and global product stewardship teams.
- Handle reflex and transformation rules, while being able to manage attributes and selections for effective test method execution
Requirements:
- Foundational knowledge of test methods and analytic laboratory work processes will be required
- Specific knowledge will require an understanding of LIMS implementation and data integration model with the ENOVIA platform
- Possess a strong understanding of laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Familiarity with governance rules, method builder responsibilities, and workflow execution principles is also required.
