Our organization is seeking highly motivated and experienced Recruiters to join our dynamic HR team. As a recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinics by fully staffing all new stand-up locations as well as backfilling open roles at existing locations. Recruiters will also help in periodic recruiting of management, sales and executive positions. On Site Medical believes in having the very best players on the field at all times so we maintain on-going job adds for providers and staff positions in hopes of identifying top talent and getting them on our team.
Placing providers at our locations is the lifeblood of what we do. Recruiters need to be self motivated, high energy, hardworking and driven to get the job done. Successful recruitment is not just about butts in seats. Recruiters must understand the needs of the client, Clinic Managers and team leads to make sure new hires align with company culture and team culture where they will be working.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting
- Posting job ads (mainly on really)
- Headhunting (really/LinkedIn
- Screening applications and resumes
- Conducting interviews
- Coordinating interviews with stakeholders
- New hire offer letters
Employee Onboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for new employees, including contracts, offer letters, and orientation materials.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention strategies.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs for employees at all levels.
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources to support employee development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Support career development initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Recruiting role.
- Good knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Sales mindset, driven, self motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment
Recruiter will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands. Our staff are part of the medical team responsible for keeping those workers safe, healthy, and helping return them to work when they are injured on the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
