Bilingual Office Clerk – New Jersey Warehouse
Responsibilities for Office Clerk include:
- Down load daily orders thru system
- Generate pick slip to warehouse team
- Process data entry for incoming containers/shipments
- Create shipping documents, labels, instruction
- Obtain shipping quote for LTL shipments
- Create daily activity log for accounting purpose
- Report daily order activities
- Inventory count/control and audit
- Communicate with customer call center team
- Answer consumer’s call/Emails in regards of order progress, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications for Office Clerk:
- College degree
- Standard office job experience
- Microsoft Outlook and Office
- Outstanding number skills and detail oriented
- Excellent working ethics
- Self-starter with minimum supervision
- Proficient in English and Mandarin, both in speaking and in writing
- Minimum 1 year of experience is required
Salary : $16 - $20
