Seeking a responsible & self-motivated person for a Full time office clerk position, able to work as a team as well as independently, with the ability to multi task. Great position if you're looking to get out of retail, and into an office setting! Monday through Friday
College Degree not
- necessary
Must live within 30-45 minutes from job location
Responsibilities Include :
Answer phones, assist customers with questions, and direct calls
Process incoming paperwork and file paperwork
Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and account information into QuickBooks.
Responding to e-mails
Assist in other office duties and projects as needed
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Must be well-organized
Detail Oriented
Microsoft Office and Quick Books experience preferred but not necessary
