Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Lead to oversee operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory or warehouse environments and possess mechanical knowledge to ensure efficient assembly line processes. As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of assembly workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality production standards.
Schedule Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm
Payrate $17.00hr
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the assembly line team to ensure smooth operations.
- Train new employees on proper assembly techniques and safety practices.
- Monitor production output and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet targets.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to assist in the fabrication and assembly of products.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report any issues to upper management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing facility is essential.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations.
- Bilingual in Spanish
