On The Flye LLC (OTF) is seeking detail-oriented, high-energy cleaners to take on cleans on an on-call basis, with potential opportunities for schooners and windjammers as the summer season approaches. With a growing list of clients, we need reliable cleaners who can maintain top-notch cleanliness with consistency. We use an accommodating and flexible scheduling structure to best serve both clients and cleaners. This is a great opportunity for parents, students, or anyone looking for supplemental income without a rigid schedule.

What You’ll Do
- Perform thorough residential cleanings, including deep cleans and light staging.
- Follow property-specific checklists to ensure each home is guest-ready and well-maintained.
- Communicate any damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns to the office promptly.
- Photograph the property before leaving and add it to the Client Relationship Management tool.
- Log your hours for OTF billing purposes.

Requirements
- A Valid Drivers License
- Reliable Transportation
Compensation & How to Apply
- Revenue Share Model – Your earnings are based on experience, performance, and reliability, determined in an agreement after orientation.
- Pay Range: $25-$40/hour, depending on speed, efficiency, and tips.
- Pay Issued Weekly – OTF invoices, collects payments, and pays you upon receiving your invoice for the week prior.
