Description
The Design Studio Liaison is responsible for scheduling and completing pre-contract browse appointments for prospective buyers. They are the primary contact for sales inquiries regarding pricing, scheduling, and floor plan questions. Interacts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, and concerns, and returns calls promptly.

Responsibilities :
Must be able to work weekends.Schedules and completes pre-contract browse appointments for prospective buyersInteracts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about the Design StudioServes as the primary contact for sales for scheduling, pricing, and assisting with questionsProcesses contractual exceptions for changes or corrections when necessaryCreates and maintains pricing spreadsheets for selections per model, upgrades, and homeowner charges for each homeProvides the highest level of customer service to all current and future buyersCommunicates with customers to establish clear goals and expectations for each experienceEnsures the Design Experience for homeowners and guests by maintaining the established standardsGreets each guest or visitor positively and enthusiastically, creating an excellent first-impression experienceInteracts with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about the Design StudioPromotes the enhancement of upgrading standard linesBecomes educated in the line of products carried, their uses, prices, etc. to effectively communicate with guestsAttends all product sales training meetings to stay knowledgeable of all new and upcoming product lines on the marketMaintains thorough product knowledge and availability awareness at all timeMay open and close the Design Studio as neededMust be able to work weekends and occasional evenings as neededPerforms all duties in adherence to OTOW standardsStrives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practicesMaintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and coworkersPerforms other duties as assignedEducation and Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred3 years of experience in a similar position preferredSkills and Knowledge :
PC proficiency is essentialMust be able to read, write, and understand English and have good verbal and written communication skillsBilingual (Spanish) preferredEnergetic, driven, and focused on delivering a world-class customer experience in every interactionAbility to operate a motor vehicle including multiple passenger transit vansWell organized, ability to multi-task, efficientAbility to convey messages and ideas concisely and effectively with professionalismAbility to establish rapport with others and cultivate relationships easilyPersonal Attributes :
