Job Summary:
On Track Car Wash is a locally-owned, family-managed business in Springfield, IL. As the Customer Service Representative, you'll be working for a company that is fun and flexible. Your job is to greet customers with a smile and make them feel welcome; use excellent communication skills to explain our wash packages; and guide vehicles into the car wash tunnel.
Basic Job Duties and Requirements:
- Provide fast and friendly customer service
- Operate cash register and related payment equipment
- Monitor customer vehicles insuring proper equipment operation and vehicle safety
- Clean and maintain car wash equipment and facility with use of cleaning agents, brushes, hoses, power washer, etc
- Answer customer questions, explain wash services available
- Offer information about our WASH CLUB program to all customers
Required Skills:
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Work well with others and display pleasant attitude toward customers and co-workers
- Have ability to stand for an entire shift
- Have ability to work in all weather conditions
