What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Project Representative position at On Track Overhead Doors?
We are looking for a dedicated individual to manage the Commercial Doors Department. The ideal candidate will have at leastone year of experience in customer service or administrative support and be responsible for the following tasks:
- Managing commercial accounts
- Invoicing and responding to emails
- Collecting payments (current and past due)
- Answering phones and scheduling jobs
- Coordinating jobs with technicians
- Ordering parts & garage doors
- Preparing estimates
- Assisting in collecting past-due balances
- Supporting the residential department when needed
Credentials Needed

- Bilingual
Knowledge using
- Quickbooks
- Excel
- Outlook
- Service Titian System
ESSENTIAL TALENTS
- Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment, such as computer hardware and software.
- Process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports.
- Complete and mail bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.
- Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services.
- Complete work schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments.
- Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
