On With Life is seeking an Outpatient Clinic Coordinator for our fast-paced, high-volume Outpatient Neurological Rehab clinic providing PT / OT / SP, Neuro Psych, Counseling, and Medical services to those with neurological deficits.
The Outpatient Clinic Coordinator assists with oversight of administrative operations, regulations, and daily operation of the clinic. This individual maintains a variety of clinical systems to process large quantities of information in an organized, efficient and timely fashion. This position also assists in managing regulatory compliance for the clinic(s), collaboration with other departments / partners (external & internal), and identifies and helps increase efficiency within the growing clinic(s). The Outpatient Clinic coordinator is also responsible for a variety of day-to-day clinical office tasks that include scheduling, preadmission and admission interviews and process, communications, updating information, collecting copays, greeting and directing persons served / family, helping identify and assist with finding resources, and closing medical records. Additional duties may include maintaining various team systems and schedules, collecting, and maintaining quality measures / data tracking, tracking inventory, and ordering supplies, and communicating and working with the clinical team lead and team as needed.

This position starts at $23 / hour for minimum experience.

An excellent candidate for our Outpatient Clinic Coordinator position meets the following criteria :
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree or higher education
- Medical office management or supervision required
- Medical clinic (or equivalent) scheduling experience required
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills for talking to persons served, families / caregivers, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Ability to multi-task and manage time well
- Ability to independently solve problems and think globally for immediate schedule and process improvements
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, as well as experience in medical office management / supervision and medical clinic (or equivalent) scheduling.
