Your mission
- Deliver internal financial targets by executing frequent reviews of procedures, controls, and staffing to deliver to key performance indicators and business targets. You will be expected to coordinate MBR/QBR’s with our partners and provide directional insight where required.
- Serve as onsite strategic leader while taking initiative to drive enhancements with forward labor and capacity planning. You will work closely with the 3PL provider to achieve On’s fiscal and strategic objectives.
- Facilitate medium & long range planning in conjunction with 3PL to conduct frequent reviews of procedures, controls, and staffing ensuring continual improvement against key performance indicators and business targets
- Audit, assess and create improvement plans for weekly & monthly performance across productivity, quality and inventory management strategies to identify forward-looking areas of risk and develop mitigation plans
- Own project implementation, ensuring deadlines, opportunities, and risks are communicated frequently. Coordinate, communicate, and execute high scope project initiatives while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Audit and assess weekly & monthly performance across productivity, quality and inventory management strategies to identify forward-looking areas of risk and develop mitigation plans
- Drive & lead continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth, while driving for execution of business standard work. Provide concise and direct communication with internal stakeholders regarding improvements and adherence to financial goals.
- Partner with Account Services, Customer Service, Controlling, Technology and other internal teams to facilitate process improvements related to systems & processes, such as:
- Warehouse Management Systems (
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Inbound Operations (Receive/Stow/Replenishment)
- Outbound Operations (Pick/Pack/VAS)
- Inventory Placement & Wave Planning (Slotting & Allocation)
- Stock Accuracy & Cycle Count Programs
- Dock Operations (Freight & Parcel)
- Transportation Operations (Routing, Scheduling)
- Vendor and Customer Compliance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or logistics-related field or equivalent related experience
- 7 years of site management responsibility with working knowledge of 3PL warehouse operations, supply chain, and transportation preferred
- 2 years of people management experience
- 1-2 years of P&L responsibility (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft applications, WMS, and ERP systems
- Experience with automated facilities strongly preferred
- Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work across a variety of business processes
- Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines
