The shipping clerk often utilizes warehouse management systems to streamline these processes and should have relatable experience using Bill of Lading (BOL) to open and close out pick tickets. Candidates must be computer savvy and possess strong customer service skills, as the position involves interacting with customers and truck drivers. Additionally, the role will require performing warehouse duties, including pulling items for orders and organizing inventory. Applicants should have experience operating all three types of equipment : stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
