Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Trainer to lead our efforts in selling our high-quality alkaline water systems to businesses and commercial clients. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about health and wellness, and who thrives in a high-impact sales role. As the Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, generating new leads, and closing deals that contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Leadership : Lead the B2B sales efforts, driving new business growth by identifying and pursuing potential clients in various sectors including corporate offices, hotels, fitness centers, and more.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention : Generate leads, build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver tailored presentations to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Product Expertise : Develop a deep understanding of our alkaline water systems, providing clients with expert guidance on how our solutions can benefit their business and employees.
  • Strategic Partnerships : Work with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and expand our market footprint through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Sales Process Management : Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Performance Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, key metrics, and client feedback to continuously refine strategies and exceed sales targets.

Requirements :

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A passion for health and wellness, with a deep belief in the benefits of clean, alkaline water for business environments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
