Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the Retail Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet budgetary goals.
- Train, mentor, and manage retail staff to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales reports and inventory levels, making necessary adjustments as needed - experience with Excel or Google Sheets is helpful, but not required.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to promote products effectively within the store.

- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role within retail.
