Responsibilities
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
- Ensure product quality, cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Ensure daily social media and store tasks are completed.
- Work in close communication with store owner to manage store operations
- Work with Inventory manager to ensure appropriate inventory is moving to the sales floor
- NOTE: This is a onsite position not remote based
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend and stretch to reach items on the sales floor
