Toddler 1: 7:00 - 2:00

- Diaper changing - per ODJFS guidelines - is part of the duties.

- Pay rate is based on experience and your ability to love your little students.
- Our center is a Child Development Center - this means you are not a babysitter - you will be on the floor - playing, reading, educating your class.

- Our wages are based on experience - we pay for professional development classes as required by SUTQ -we start at $15.00 - $17.50 an hour, - but we are willing to go higher for those who are looking for a long term committment to this industry and this age group.
- Lunch is on us once a month. We keep lunch items for our staff in the refrigerator every day - there is always water, bottled tea, flavored water, and pop available for our staff free - of course!
- Guaranteed hours- your work hours are guaranteed, you will work your shift fully.
- We pay for the (CDA) Child Development Credential in Ohio
- Teachers share a desktop computer, work office with room to lesson plan as required by SUTQ!
- 6 Major holidays off – 5 Hours per Holiday is paid to all staff with a year of service.
- Staff are not charged for their children, however are required to apply for PFCC if eligible.
As a licensed childcare provider; ODJFS requirements:
- Valid Driver's License - we do not keep this in your file.
- Requires a GED or High School Diploma
- MUST physically be able to lift children, bending, etc, and have no issues performing all physical aspects of job
- Any background checks as mandated by federal and/or state/local regulations BEFORE YOUR FIRST DAY OF WORK!
- Be willing to take the required health classes, FA, CPR, & Comm. Desease within 90 days of hire, we cover the cost.
- Be willing to take the 4 mandated modules to work in a center. After your 90 days probation is complete, we will reimburse you for the hours taking their classes, under the conditions as outlined in your interview.
- Have the required medical form filled out before you start work.
- Our center WILL reimburse all expenses resulting from the required ODJFS rules after your 90 Day probationary period with us. During this 90 days, you are evaluated for raises based on your work performance and committment to our children.
- Our center pays for all ODJFS required classes.
