DAYTIME SHIFT - starting at either 8am or 8:30am EST. Onco360 is looking for a Data Entry/Intake Pharmacy Technician at our Specialty pharmacy in Buffalo, NY. Looking for highly skilled candidates with comfort working in a high volume environment. This will be a Full-Time position, and must be worked Onsite at our pharmacy. Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.

- Requests refill prescriptions as appropriate
- Manages incoming documents from the fax server

- Knowledge of medical terminology (including sig codes and Roman numeral), brand and generic names of medications and general pharmacy terminology
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently when inputting information
- Licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills
- Required: High School Diploma or GED, licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law, Previous Experience in Pharmacy
- Required: Pharmacy Technician: 1 years
- Desired: Pharmacy Technician: 3 years
- Required: Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge, knowledge of pharmacy terminology including sig codes, and Roman numerals, brand/generic names of medication, basic math and analytical skills, Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills.
- Desired: Specialty pharmacy experience
- Required: Pharmacy Technician registration/certification
- Desired: Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
- Required: Independent worker, good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, ability to work independently, work efficiently to meet deadlines and be flexible, detail-oriented, great time-management skills
