What you will do
In your new job, you will be working with some talented construction pros as the front-line company manager. You will be an integral part of the preconstruction and construction process, interacting with your project construction team, clients, and consultants. Your responsibilities include negotiating and writing subcontracts, overall contract management, monthly billings, scheduling maintenance and documentation, budgeting, and cost monitoring.

What you will bring to the table
- Bachelor's in Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical training and experience combinations.
- At least five years' experience in construction project management from preconstruction through delivery—minimum of 2 to 3 projects of at least $20 million each.
- Experience overall contract management, buyout & subcontracting, planning, scheduling & progress documentation, budgeting, cost monitoring & monthly costs at completion analysis.
- Experience managing design changes & related sub-costs & settling outstanding change requests with the Owner.
