Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting senior sales leaders by managing administrative functions, coordinating schedules, reconciling expenses, and assisting with business operations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Korean and English , possess exceptional organizational skills, and have experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment .
Essential Functions (include but are not limited to) :
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior sales leadership .
- Manage daily schedules, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Assist with sales platform support and coordination .
- Reconcile expenses and submit documentation to the accounting department.
- Maintain office supply inventory and ensure timely procurement.
- Handle lease agreements, car rentals, and corporate expense management .
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and global business partners , ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Perform routine administrative tasks and execute special projects as assigned.
