As a Patient Conversion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our practice by bridging the gap between evaluation and treatment. You will conduct thorough follow-up assessments, explain therapies, discuss financial options, and provide compassionate support to patients navigating their mental health journey. - Conduct comprehensive post-evaluation assessments with patients referred by the psychiatrist.
- Provide clear and empathetic explanations of recommended treatments, including TMS and Spravato.
- Discuss insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and financing options.
- Address patient concerns and objections to help them make informed decisions.
- Recommend additional services, including ongoing therapy with in-house therapists.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of consultations and conversions.
