Sales Executive – B2B Sales

Location: Fremont, California

Pay Range: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience)

We are expanding our reach in Fremont, California, and are looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B sales presence. Key Responsibilities:

-Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including employers, healthcare providers, and corporate partners.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

-Conduct outbound sales efforts (calls, emails, and in-person meetings) to promote Fastest Labs' services.

-Present and articulate the benefits of drug, alcohol, and DNA testing solutions to potential clients.

-Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and sales execution.

-Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent client service.

-Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.

-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements:

-1 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in healthcare, laboratory, or service-based industries).

-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-Ability to independently generate leads and close sales.

-Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

-Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Fremont area for client meetings.
