Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Chief Operation Officer with a variety of daily operating tasks, as well as potentially assisting others on the leadership team if time allows.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Pull and distribute daily reports from various systems for COO to review or in preparation for meetings.
Calendar management scheduling appointments, meetings and conferences for COO and team members.
Creating, editing, and distributing documents such as letters, memos, reports and presentations as needed.
Offer meeting support as needed or requested by the COO to prepare agendas, take meeting minutes and follow up on any necessary action items.
Complete any data entry or update of information in spreadsheets.
Other support functions may be needed or asked to be completed for other members of the Leadership Team if time allows.
