Community sales and Home care coordinator

One Better Homecare is looking for an outgoing, upbeat individual with sales and home care coordination experience. This position involves community engagement using all tools are effective for sale and coordinating patient services, facilitating communication between caregivers, consumers, home care and healthcare providers, and assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established sales targets
• Develop marketing plan for new or existing territory Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community
• Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the territory
• Meet with local families and prospective clients upon initial inquiry for services
• Provide excellent customer service for our client.
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to specialists as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation complies with healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist in the management of medical administrative tasks, including insurance verification and billing inquiries.
• Support the office team with various administrative duties to enhance overall efficiency.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
