Job Summary
We are a new home services company and offer a wide range of services and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Services Sales Manager to develop and lead our sales team. This is a ground level opportunity for the right person. The correct candidate will be a proven go getter that wants the challenge of building his/her own team. Your success will determine the benefits we are able to implement for you. This will start as a commission only position and can be done alongside another endeavor. As soon as the business can support it the right person will grow his/her team and we will implement a pay structure that has a salary and bonus for the sales manager. You will work alongside the CEO to set strategies, develop marketing, divide regions and drive sales.
Duties
- Work with CEO to develop product packages and upsells to add value to customer request
- Respond to paid lead that come in and close those sales
- Obtain organic leads either commercially or residentially
- Work with CEO to develop materials and procedures for the sales process that are repeatable and scalable
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through account management practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- 100% Self Starter
- Hungry to determine their own earning potential
- Willing to learn the industry to help build this business
- Familiar with Microsft Office products
- CRM familiararity
- Able to pivot and change as success or failure requires
