Job Description

Professional Regulatory Compliance Specialist to oversee our organization’s Dietary Supplement Manufacturing operations. The Regulatory Compliance Specialist's role is mainly to oversee technological processes, product formulation, label claims and practices across the organization. The specific duties of Regulatory Compliance Specialist should include, securing cGMP and FDA compliance, creating and implementing label claims, verifying and keeping track of HACCP, Kosher, Organic, Gluten Free, NGMO, SQF certifications. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredient declaration, including allergen statement, daily dose claims per FDA regulations
  • Perform nutritional analysis using in-house computer database based on Esha Genesis R&D software
  • Record, track and update all product information
  • Prepare and issue COA's
  • Assist with customer service functions, Customer questionnaires, Customer relations
  • Mitigate with the QC department, oversee and review QC practices
  • Record and update all product information. Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant, in line with cGMP

Skills

  • Proven work experience as Regulatory Compliance Specialist or similar role in Dietary Supplement or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing for at least 3 years
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience with supplement manufacturing technologies, practices, and processes
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Genesis R&D software
  • Microsoft Office
  • AS 400 Software
  • cGMP, HACCP
  • Good familiarity with applicable FDA rules
  • Filing and data Entry

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
