Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and provide primary care to patients
- Accurately and timely document necessary information for patient care and billing
- Ensure quality medical care delivered to all patients
- Understand and maintain Quality Improvement Program indicators as directed by leadership
- Comply with Standards of Care and policies for the Medical Clinic
- Monitor systems for compliance as necessary and communicate issues to Medical Leadership
- Participate in work groups, teams, and committees to support ongoing clinic functions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Fully licensed to practice in the state of California
- Possess a DEA certificate
- Current BLS certification
- Several years of FQHC or community health center practice experience preferred
- Familiarity with trauma-informed systems and restorative practices a plus
