What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to showcase our custom doors and closet solutions.
- Build relationships with clients and understand their unique needs and style preferences.
- Present designs and proposals that match client needs and exceed their expectations.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure sales.
- Collaborate with our design and installation teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Stay updated on our innovative products and offerings to be the expert client's trust.
What You Bring to the Table:
- People Skills: You love connecting with clients and building rapport.
- Sales Savvy: You’re confident, persuasive, and skilled at closing deals.
- Motivation: You thrive on hitting (and exceeding!) sales goals.
- Organization: You’re detail-oriented and great at managing your schedule.
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, especially in home improvement, interior design, or related industries.
Our Sales Representatives are provided:
- Pre-qualified leads and confirmed appointments / NO COLD CALLING.
- A strong, professional, persuasive presentation.
- Training on our specialty products, process, and sales system.
- Strong earning potential with a strong, growing company.
Applicants should possess:
- A professional attitude
- 3-5 years of in-home sales experience with a proven successful track record
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to quickly develop client trust and relationships
- An outgoing, results-driven personality
- Ability to close deals using proven tools and solutions
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work full time
