This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering professional. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our production capabilities by optimizing plant layouts, process flows, and machine utilization to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant layouts and process flows
- Provide technical expertise on machine operations, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Analyze and recommend machinery investments to support the company's growth goals
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to drive process improvements
**Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
- Proven track record of optimizing plant layouts, process flows, and machine utilization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
**Nice to Have:**
- Familiarity with Amper (machine monitoring software) or similar tracking tools
- Experience with Creo/ProE, AutoCAD, or Cabinet Vision
- Exposure to WoodWOP (HOMAG software) or B-Suite (Biesse software)
- Lean Six Sigma certification
