ONE Elite Staffing has partnered with City of Dallas and is seeking an HVAC Assistant.
HVAC ASSISTANT
Job Description :
This position will work with a senior employee to complete various tasks around the Central Utility Plant.
Schedule Commitment :
- New hire may be available to the possibility to work overtime.
- Daily inspections.
- Radio calls.
- Work Order closures.
- Checking Air Filters.
- Replacing air filters as needed.
- Logging equipment.
- Performing daily maintenance.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in HVAC field.
- Desire to learn and advance as an HVAC service technician.
- Knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques.
- Experience performing routine maintenance is preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Solid time management skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity.
- May require heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds.
- Clear and valid Texas driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check with no FELONY or Class A / B MISDEMEANOR(s).
- Ability to pass a drug test.
