Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and restrooms

- Coordinate catering events and manage food production for large groups
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably as an assistant manager or floor manager with high volume and fine dining settings
