Responsibilities :
Pre-Opening Phase (Q3 Launch)
- Collaborate with ownership and corporate leadership to establish operational plans, hiring strategies, and financial goals.
- Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of a best-in-class hospitality team.
- Work closely with the culinary and beverage teams to curate a memorable guest experience aligned with the brand's values.
- Oversee training programs to ensure the team delivers consistent, high-level service with a warm and approachable style.
- Develop and implement operational systems, service standards, and workflow efficiencies for a seamless launch.
