Salary : $130,000 - $155,000 bonus potential

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Leadership : Take charge of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and successful restaurant opening.

Menu Development : Design and execute a seasonally inspired Italian menu , emphasizing high-quality ingredients and innovative flavors .

Kitchen Operations : Oversee all kitchen activities, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence.

Food Quality & Presentation : Maintain the highest standards in flavor, consistency, and visual appeal .

Cost & Inventory Control : Manage purchasing, supplier relationships, and food costs to optimize efficiency.

Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing culinary team , fostering a collaborative and inspiring work culture.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards .

Collaboration : Work closely with Front-of-House leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience .

Financial Management : Oversee P&L, labor costs, and kitchen expenses , optimizing financial performance.

Qualifications

5 years of Executive Chef experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.

Proven success in restaurant openings – experience launching new concepts is required.

Deep expertise in Italian cuisine, with a preference for Northern Italian specialties .

Strong knowledge of menu planning, food costing, and inventory control .

Experience leading and developing a high-performing kitchen team .

Thorough understanding of kitchen hygiene, safety regulations, and best practices .

Bilingual (Spanish or Italian) is a plus but not required .

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment .
