The operations executive assistant will be a key partner to the COO, managing complex projects, coordinating operational initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of new venue openings. This position requires a strong background in hospitality, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for bringing new locations to life. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments, loves openings, and is willing to travel regularly to assist the COO with new projects.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Project Support
- Manage and oversee high-level projects, particularly related to new openings and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate between departments, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure projects remain on track.
- Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for opening projects.
- Track key milestones and follow up with stakeholders to ensure execution and accountability.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the COO, ensuring priorities are met and schedules are optimized.
Travel & On-Site Support
- Travel frequently to assist the COO with pre-opening logistics, operational setup, and team coordination at new locations.
- Act as an on-the-ground liaison, ensuring seamless execution and problem-solving in real time.
- Support recruitment, training, and operational needs during launch phases.
Operational Coordination
- Serve as the COOs point of contact for internal and external teams, ensuring smooth communication.
- Assist in developing SOPs, training materials, and operational guidelines for new properties.
- Liaise with key stakeholders across culinary, operations, marketing, and finance to align project goals.
Communication & Scheduling
- Manage complex scheduling, including high-volume meetings, travel plans, and event coordination.
- Draft and review presentations, reports, and internal communications on behalf of the COO.
- Ensure all information is effectively organized and shared across leadership teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of experience in high-level hospitality operations, ideally as a general manager, director of operations, or pre-opening specialist.
- Strong project management skills with experience handling restaurant or hotel openings.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle multiple priorities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to support new openings and operational needs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.

Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
